Salden Place, Milton Keynes

A new roundabout has been constructed on Buckingham Road to provide the primary access into a 1,500‑unit residential development to the south‑west of Milton Keynes.

The scheme involved the realignment of the Buckingham Road carriageway and the delivery of a new 44‑metre ICD roundabout, alongside upgraded pedestrian and cyclist routes, signalised toucan crossings, new streetlighting, and an extension of the existing 30mph speed limit. Works also included a ditch diversion with associated culvert construction, installation of new drainage infrastructure, and the provision of updated signage and road markings to support the revised layout and ensure safe, efficient movement for all users.
