JPP Northampton sits alongside the Grand Union Canal at Whilton Locks in Northamptonshire. Designed by our own Structural Engineers, this flagship Head Office was originally a warehouse and is now a stunning open plan office with the latest technology. The local area has excellent transport links with Northampton and Long Buckby train stations close by with direct services to London and Birmingham. The M1 and A5 are also a short drive away. JPP Northampton is the base for many of our Civil and Structural Engineers as well as our dedicated and experienced teams of Development Planners, Surveyors and Geotechnical & Geo-environmental Engineers.

Our newest office is based in the vibrant market town of Kettering at Orion Park close to the A14. Remodelled and refurbished by our own Structural Engineers, this modern office is a fantastic open plan space equipped with the latest technology. JPP Kettering is perfectly located for access from the A14 and is just a 30 minute drive from Northampton. It is on the main St Pancras train line giving easy access from London, Leicester and Nottingham. JPP Kettering is led by Director Toby Heath and is the workplace for our local Civil & Structural Engineers and Development Planners.

JPP’s Milton Keynes office is based in Denbigh which offers excellent transport links for both motorway and rail networks. It is led by Luke Clarke MEng (Hons), who specialises in the design of large residential schemes, affordable housing, industrial projects and commercial developments. Our Civil and Structural teams in Milton Keynes work seamlessly with our head office based teams to offer clients a streamlined service with a wealth of experience and expertise.

JPP’s south coast office is based in Branksome Business Park, Poole in a modern, open plan office suite designed by our CEO, Ben Arnsby who also oversees the teams here. The award winning Civil and Structural Engineers who are based here collaborate with our head office teams to offer a wide range of unique in-house services to a broad client base across the south of England.

We are proud to present our newest office, JPP Leamington based in the beautiful Regency town of Royal Leamington Spa. Its central location places us at the heart of the UK with easy access from road and rail for our clients and colleagues. Opening in July 2026, JPP Leamington will be home to Associate Director Khai Tran and his team of Civil Engineers.
