Detailed Civil Engineering Design

JPP were originally appointed by Bellway Homes South Midlands to carry out the preliminary engineering designs to gauge the feasibility and cost implications of the proposed 140 unit residential development at Staverton Lodge in Daventry by setting the levels and drainage strategies and highlighting any constraints to the client prior to their purchase of the site.

After a successful and extensive preliminary works stage, JPP were appointed to progress their works onto the full detailed civil engineering design for the road and sewers accompanied by a full private drainage and external levels design.
