Having joined JPP in 2007 as a Junior Technician, Toby has progressed through the business to become Group Director, bringing nearly two decades of experience across engineering, client delivery and business leadership.
As Group Director, Toby is responsible for driving business development across the JPP Group, supporting the delivery of the Group’s strategic growth plans and ensuring exceptional customer service remains at the heart of the business. Working closely with the leadership team, he focuses on building long-term client relationships, identifying new opportunities and strengthening partnerships across the sectors in which the JPP Group operates.
Working collaboratively with JPP’s multidisciplinary teams, Toby is committed to understanding each client’s objectives and bringing together the right expertise to deliver practical, integrated solutions. His focus on collaboration, communication and exceptional customer service helps ensure clients receive a seamless experience from concept through to project completion.
