Forge Wood Industrial Units, Crawley

JPP supported our client Mildren Construction Ltd with Infrastructure and Structural Engineering services under a design and build arrangement providing external works and drainage solutions for the Forge Wood Industrial Units comprising of 14 units totalling circa 347m in length.

For the Infrastructure, JPP provided external works design incorporating hard landscaping and foul and surface water drainage, with the drainage solution tying in with the overall strategy set out for the adjacent Taylor Wimpey and Persimmon Homes developments.

JPP also provided Structural Engineering services for the 14 units providing space for business owners looking to house their businesses in the area.
