Located in one of the UK’s fastest growing cities, Peterborough South has been built for the future of logistics.

Prior to the occupation by housebuilder Taylor Wimpey and chilled distribution specialists Freshlinc, The JPP Group were deeply involved in obtaining planning permission for the site through the preparation of a Transport Assessment, including highway link design, Flood Risk Assessment and Drainage Strategy.

Post-planning, JPP were retained by the client to prepare detailed design and construction drawings, including highway access and structural design of the three logistics warehouses.
