As Head of Business Operations for the JPP Group, Katie provides strategic and operational support across the wider business, working closely with the Directors of Business Operations, Marketing, and the Board of Group Directors to ensure the organisation operates efficiently and continues to grow.
Her role focusses on supporting the leadership team and coordinating key business operations so that internal processes, support functions, and organisational activities align with the company’s strategic objectives. She also oversees Human Resources for the JPP Group, helping to support our people, strengthen company culture, and maintain effective HR practices across the business.
