As Head of Business Operations for JPP, I provide strategic and operational support across the wider business, working closely with the Directors of Business Operations, Marketing, and the Board of Group Directors to ensure the organisation operates efficiently and continues to grow.
My role focuses on supporting the leadership team and coordinating key business operations so that internal processes, support functions, and organisational activities align with the company’s strategic objectives. I also oversee Human Resources for JPP, helping to support our people, strengthen company culture, and maintain effective HR practices across the business.
