Land West of Welford Road, Northampton
The scheme is situated on the outskirts of Kingsthorpe between the Buckton Fields residential development and the Northampton North West Relief Road.
The site is well known to the local community as it was left unoccupied for a period of time before JPP joined the project team.
JPP assisted the project by coordinating the construction of the Section 278 highway access works, coordinating remedials to the S104 drainage and S38 roads, provided post and setting out details for the acoustic fence, and provided remedial external levels and drainage proposals for the gardens fronting onto Welford Road.
