Leafield Holiday Park, Langley

This project is located in Leafield, near the quiet village of Langley in the heart of the Cotswolds.

The site, formerly the Leafield Technical Centre, was once home to the Caterham F1 Team. The scope of work, undertaken in the role of Principal Designer, involved the development of a holiday destination featuring 50 self catering cabin units and 8 barn houses, along with a swimming pool and social facilities.

The proposal retained several existing front of house buildings, while all former factory units were demolished and the area landscaped to create a calm, restorative environment ideal for a relaxing break.
The architect for the project was Nicolas Khalili of HWO Architects, with cabin designs provided by CABÜ.
