Nurton Hill Hall, Wolverhampton

This project was to provide party wall services to allow the demolition and construction of Nurton Hill Hall – a grand and atractive mansion house.

Neil Banyard, our Party Wall Surveyor was appointed as an Agreed Surveyor due to the close proximity of Fallowfield a large art deco type private residance.

The project was sensitive as the adjoining owner had concerns that his vista over the staffordshire hills would be spoilt by the new construction. Although not a party wall issue this shows how the surveyor has to be sympathetic to both parties and mediate if required.
